What is the Working Principle and Structure of the Non-Gravity Mixer?

As a Pouch Packing Machine Manufacturer, share with you.

Gravity-free mixers can be roughly divided into two types. One is ordinary non-gravity mixers, and the other is flying knife type zero-gravity mixers. The latter is mainly for materials containing fibers that are cut by flying knife and then mixed. It is widely used for drying and mixing powders such as dry powder mortar, chemicals, pesticides, detergents, pigmented food, monosodium glutamate, milk powder, salt, feed, chemicals, ceramics, plastics, and rubber additives.

Working principle and structure

The gravity-free mixer makes full use of the principle of convection mixing, that is, using the upward throwing motion of the material in the mixer to form a flowing layer, resulting in instantaneous weight loss, so that it can achieve the best mixing effect state. In the field of the fluid layer, the material overcomes the centrifugal force at a certain circumferential speed, and moves from A to B under the action of a blade with a specific angle. At the same time, the moving blades in the machine send it to C, and the blades with the same specific angle move it to C. It is sent to D, and then back to A from D; and the material moves axially under the action of specific overlapping blades to achieve mixing in an all-round range and form a random optimal motion state.

The horizontal cylinder of the machine is equipped with double-shaft rotating and reversed paddles. The paddles circulate and stir the materials in the axial and radial directions at a certain angle, so that the materials are quickly mixed and evenly mixed; in order to reduce the replacement cost of the equipment wearing parts, the paddle The blade blade can be made into two pieces. A movable small blade is placed on the blade base, and the worn small blade can be directly replaced. It is economical and quick; the discharge mode is generally a pneumatic (manual) flap valve, and the arc valve is tightly embedded The inside of the barrel is flush with the inner wall of the barrel, and there is no material accumulation and mixed dead corner phenomenon; the standard type has a large door and a small door. The wide door opens to the side of the barrel, and the discharge is clean and fast, with little residue.

The machine is equipped with a pair of shafts rotating in opposite directions in the w-shaped mixing chamber, and a certain number of overlapping blades with a certain angle are installed on each shaft to form a flow layer in the mixing chamber with a certain circumferential speed. The materials in the layer are mixed under the action of the convection mixing principle, and are in a state of weightlessness instantaneously, thus obtaining a uniform mixture. A liquid spray port can also be installed above the container for solid-liquid mixing of spraying liquid.

Why you can't directly measure the torque output of a capping machine?

As you might expect, we discuss torque with our customers every day. People certainly have a lot of questions about how to measure torque. They want to make sure that the proper torque is applied to the cap. So naturally, many people who are new to caps want to find a way to directly measure the torque output of their capping machine. The ideas they usually try are logical and well thought out, but unfortunately, they can lead to inaccurate results. Our purpose here is to explain why.   Many people understandably assume that if they put a bottle into a cap torque tester and then tighten the cap with a capper, the tester will tell them what torque the capper just applied to the cap. Unfortunately, this is not the case. If the cap is screwed onto the container very slowly, the cap torque tester will only measure the torque applied to the cap.  A capping machine  can tighten caps very quickly. The sampling rate (how often the cap torque tester reads the torque output) of the...

How Do I Know When a Process Should Be Automated?

Automation can improve the efficiency, safety, accuracy and speed of a process, but it also requires careful planning. There are many factors to consider and it can be difficult to know when a process should be automated. If you are wondering about automating a process at your processing plant, manufacturing plant, or another facility, consider the following. How to Know When a Process Should be Automated 1. Current Process Time vs. Projected Process Time Time is one of the most important factors to consider when deciding whether a process should be automated or not. A machine will perform most simple and repetitive processes faster than a person can. However, it is not only the individual process itself that should be considered, but the surrounding processes as well. 2. Accuracy Requirements Accuracy is another important factor to consider when a process should be automated. If machines are installed, maintained and programmed correctly, they will perform the same task, the same way,...

How Does the Powder Filling and Sealing Machine Work?

Today, we will delve into the process of packaging powder products into pre-made bags using a pouch filling and sealing machine. The  Powder Packing Machine  mainly accomplishes two things: distributing the product into prefabricated bags, and then sealing the bags. There are two main designs of this machine type: rotary and in-line. The difference between the two lies in the machine layout.                   Powder Packing Machine The rotary bag packaging machine is arranged in a circular pattern, which means that the starting point of the packaging process is right next to the end point. This creates a better ergonomic setting for the operator and requires a minimal footprint. Since they are very popular in powder packaging, we will only take a closer look at the rotary design in this article. The rotary bag filling and sealing machine can be equipped with one-bag, two-bag or four-bag feeding "channels", among which the simplex (s...
