How to choose a mixer ?

Powder characteristics -- How to mix powders evenly ultimately depends on the powders you need to mix.  Is the powder sticky or free-flowing?   Are the particles superfine or coarse?   Do ingredients of varying particle sizes and textures need to be mixed together. Batch sizes -- The volume of powders to be mixed can affect loading and discharge times, mixing techniques, change overs, and mixing time among other things.  Our high-efficiency powder mixers can be constructed at a wide range of proportions for varying batch sizes and filling levels.  From a small dry powder mixer to a thousand-liter tank.                                                      Cleaning and hygiene -- Is cross contamination a concern for your product?  Will the powder mixer need to be cleaned between batches?  Our powder mixer are built with food-grade material like stainless steel 304,  the optional choice is SUS316 for Corrosive material .

How do automatic sachet filling and sealing machines work?

Whether you're new to   packaging machinery   or are considering adding pre-made pouch packaging to your product line, you may be interested in how automatic sachet filling and sealing machines operate. That's because these machines are simple to operate, easy to use, and offer superior aesthetics in the finished product. Today, we'll take a step-by-step look at the process of turning an empty pre-made pouch into a shelf-ready finished product. ● Pre-made bags conveying Pre-made bags are manually loaded by the operator into the bag magazine in front of the automatic bag packer. Bags are conveyed to the machine by the bag feed rollers.  ● Bag Clamping When a proximity sensor detects a bag, the vacuum bag loader picks up the bag and transfers it to a set of grippers that will grab the bag as it moves around the rotary wrapper to a different "station". These grippers can consistently support weights of up to 10 kg on the best bag filling and sealing machine models. F

The whole process service we provide

This is where 20 years of experience comes in – we will evaluate your requirements, products, parameters, and customize a solution according to your product and facility. DESIGN & ENGINEERING  Our seasoned engineering team will prepare Floor Plan and Elevation Drawings for the equipment which will be integrated and for the complete packline. Our team will design and engineer the solution based on our expertise filling your specific product, along with your specific requirements dictated by accuracy, container dynamics, special industry requirements, etc. MANUFACTURING & ASSEMBLY  Once your system has been engineered, we begin the manufacturing and assembly of your packline. The packline match the customer’s facility layout. Conveyors, Crossover Points, Dead Plates and Guide Rails are manufactured to achieve uninterrupted container flow.  Backup Sensors and E-Stops are mounted, wired into the line controls and fully integrated to ensure proper communication among all equipment m

How to find the match auger dosing tool?

MATERIAL Material to be packed is categorized in one of two ways: Free flowing, which can be granular items like salt or coffee, do exactly that – flow freely. Non-free flowing material, which are generally products such as powders or flours, tend to resist a smooth flow. PACKING MATERIAL Matching the Auger Tooling to the size of the container’s opening diameter is paramount for efficient production. The ideal size matches the inside diameter of the container or bag (not too large, causing spillage, and not too small, causing a slowdown in production). MATERIAL WEIGHT The right Auger Tooling size will create the optimum balance of speed and accuracy to ensure your final packed container is the proper weight as determined by your standard (for example, the product label indicates 8oz., you want to guarantee there are 8oz. within the final – never under!). Again, if the tooling is too large, there is a risk of overfill and if the tooling is too small, production time is delayed. We do be
